About the Artist
Blll is a life member of the El Paso Art Association. He served as it's president for three years and in 1981 received their annual award for “Outstanding Service in Support of Fine Art”. He is a Signature Member of the Rio Bravo Watercolorist and the Southwestern Watercolor Society and member of many other groups both in Texas and nationally. In 1997 Bill was inducted into the El Paso Artist Hall of Fame.
Bill conducts watercolor and drawing classes in El Paso and Workshops in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona, and Kansas. Bill's paintings hang in private and corporate collections nationwide and in Japan, The Netherlands, Mexico, Canada and France.
